Several infrastructure and capital items being considered for funding in late 2004 and 2005 include:
1. New communication equipment for police and fire personnel including radios and five hose
2. New fire department doors at the city hall complex
3. Storm sewer repair/replacement in the residential district
4. Ground storage tank (2) painting at the Bellaire Boulevard water plant
